Re-Design: Design and The Play Instinct By Paul Rand
Target Audience: Graphic Design Graduate Students
Concept: For my take on Design and The Play Instinct I wanted to use exclusively sharp lines and contrast to really push and lead the viewers eyes through the compositions. I wanted the spreads to give a sense of structure but not too much weight, pattern but not too repetitive, and boldness but not too loud. The combination and placement of each color was the deciding factor as to if a spread was successful.
